Website Portfolio

Websites with personality, for businesses just like yours

So many websites..!

My Virtual Assistant has been building websites since 2009.

With over 140 websites launched (and counting!), I've generated a pretty impressive website portfolio, consisting of a large variety of business types.

This is your opportunity to join my ever-growing list of happy clients.

Whether you have a brand-spanking new startup idea or an existing venture that's been around for a while, I can craft a website that works for you and your customers.

Spaces are limited, so be sure to get in touch, tell me about your business, and let's get this thing started.

"Marion put forward a great format, intuitive advice and a cost structure that we couldn’t say 'No' to.

We have found her speed and communications to be phenomenal."

Chris Pritchard & Tony van Camp

Bayleys Business Sales

"The eight websites we inherited were a bit dismal and the thought of the work required to revamp them was quite daunting.

The journey was so much easier with Marion's help and the results are fabulous."

Pam Joll
New Zealand Aged Care Services Ltd

Simone at Kilkenny Kids was happy with the information on her website, which was built back in 2016 by My Virtual Assistant.

However, moving the website over from USA-based Weebly to NZ-based Rocketspark was a no-brainer.

Simone agreed to a totally new look for the site's layout, along with an update to the Kilkenny Kids' brand colours, while essentially keeping much of the original content.

My Virtual Assistant built two websites for Karen Jones back in 2016 - one for the Childrens Music Centre and the other for The Harp Lady.

Karen had been thinking about combining the sites, and when she learned that Weebly would no longer be supported in New Zealand, she seized the opportunity to have a beautiful new website built with Rocketspark.

Karen's new website also gives her services the chance to grow by adding the Teachers Music Academy as an additional service.

Ceol is an 'umbrella company' for the Childrens Music Centre, Teachers Music Academy and The Harp Lady.

The original website for Coral Palms Exclusive Beachfront Resort in Fiji, was built by My Virtual Assistant in 2015.

Even though Elaine was happy with the site content, she took the opportunity for a complete layout revamp, whilst shifting over to Rocketspark.

The new website took on a fresh feel, using soft teal colours to invoke the warm, tropical waters of Fiji.

Easy to navigate, with larger images, the website has a more contemporary look.

Recreating the Mezzanine Hair website and making the move over to NZ-based platform, Rocketspark, made perfect sense to salon owner, Carlene.

This is the second website My Virtual Assistant has built for Mezzanine Hair in Howick.

The first site was built back in 2014 and with website layouts taking on a more modern look, it was time for an update.

I am pleased to announce the launch of a gorgeous, new website for Mezzanine Hair.

Jeremy from JT Services made a fantastic decision by transitioning over to NZ-based website platform, Rocketspark.

Massive congratulations to Vanessa Munford, who is the proud new owner of Strawberry Garden Childcare.

The Strawberry Garden Childcare website was due to expire at the same time Vanessa took over the reins, so she jumped at the chance to make the move over to Rocketspark.

The brief required an improved online presence, along with providing a better user experience for website visitors.

My Virtual Assistant created a user-friendly design with a clean and professional layout, using a colour scheme and imagery which aligns with the Strawberry Garden Childcare brand, while at the same time ensuring the new website is visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Dee Walker, owner of The Learning Ladder, had no hesitation in making the decision to transfer her website over to Rocketspark.

During the rebuild, Dee took the opportunity to have the website layout completely updated, resulting in a user-friendly site, with a fresh new look and a contemporary feel.

Interestingly, and by sheer coincidence, the new site was launched exactly eight years to the day of the original website!

The PathLight website was about to expire with Weebly, so Jon jumped at the chance to make the move over to Rocketspark and avoided having to pay a renewal fee.

When Jon Kershaw got in touch with My Virtual Assistant, he had a fair idea of how he wanted his website to look but was also open to suggestions.

The original colours of the Pathlight logo were rather vivid and it was agreed that the overly bright colours could make the logo and website look rather dated, so softer tones of blue and green were chosen.

Logo options were then created by My Virtual Assistant and after a few tweaks, Jon was very happy with the final design.

For brand consistency, the new logo colours have been carried throughout the website.

It was important to Jon that his website focused on user experience - not just how the site looked, but also ease of navigation.

A brand new website for Force Line Engineering, powered by Rocketspark and built by My Virtual Assistant.

Michelle and Dean from DAS Foods are very happy with their choice to have their website built by My Virtual Assistant, using the Rocketspark platform.

When Michelle and Dean got in touch with My Virtual Assistant, they mentioned that their existing website was very minimal and rather outdated.

One of the main issues they had was unclear contact information, making it difficult for people to get in touch.

They also had several potential suppliers looking at their site thinking they were a small online food store.

Dean and Michelle wanted to project a professional image, as well as explain who they are and what they do.

They also needed the site to be easily updated with new FMCG products which are constantly being sourced from around the globe.

My Virtual Assistant was beyond flattered to be asked to build a website for fellow Virtual Assistant, Carole Unkovich from CU4Admin Limited.

Back in 2012, My Virtual Assistant was awarded Runner Up Virtual Assistant of the year.  The award was presented to me by one of the event organisers, Carole Unkovich.  Carole and I have remained in contact ever since.

Jump ahead a mere 12 years, and Carole recently got in touch to ask if My Virtual Assistant would build a new website for CU4Admin.

Carole's existing website was with Weebly and after seeing that My Virtual Assistant’s website had been moved from Weebly to Rocketspark, she decided it was time to do the same.

Carole took the opportunity to completely update the layout of her old website and gave My Virtual Assistant free rein over the design and build, for CU4Admin Limited's new site.

The vivid colours of CU4Admin's logo were carried throughout the new format, creating a cohesive, bright, and friendly feel.

The resulting site is user-friendly and informative, which is exactly what Carole was looking to achieve.

The Owners/Directors of NZPGS recognised their new website needed to showcase the incredible work they do and the services they provide.

My Virtual Assistant originally built a website for NZPGS in 2015.

The site served the company well for ten years, and during that time the business grew, with more services on offer.

When the time came to get a completely new website built, NZPGS had no hesitation in getting in touch with My Virtual Assistant.

New brand colours, larger images, concise navigation, and an easy-to-read layout was agreed upon.

NZPGS now has a bright new website, built by My Virtual Assistant and powered by Rocketspark.

Back in 2015 and 2016, My Virtual Assistant launched two websites, one for Talented Tots Childcare and the other for Natures Explorers Kindergarten.

Both websites have been operating perfectly well over the years, and as it always happens, time goes by and eventually it's time for a 'birthday'.

Now, it's 2023 and things have changed quite a bit in the world of websites, so the owner knew the time was right to have both sites rebuilt.

My Virtual Assistant is happy to announce the recent launch of two new childcare websites, both of which were built using the NZ-based Rocketspark platform.

Anna had a few vague ideas about what she would like but needed guidance through the process.

She contacted My Virtual Assistant after being highly recommended by Deborah Macrae, a presenter at a course Anna attended. (Thank you, Deborah!)

Anna says, ‘There's nothing like a good recommendation especially when you don't know what you are doing or supposed to be looking for.’

Anna had photos taken, along with some beautiful branding work, which was to be incorporated throughout her site.

The website needed to be professional, clear, concise, and informative, making it easy for potential clients to quickly find what they are looking for.

My Virtual Assistant enjoyed working with Anna and is happy to announce the launch of her new website, powered by Rocketspark.

Martin Payne got in touch as a result of recommendation he had seen on Facebook.  He also liked that My Virtual Assistant is located near to him in East Auckland.

After talking to Marion on the phone, Martin made the decision to go ahead with a new website for CxM Ltd and chose to have the site built using New Zealand-based website platform, Rocketspark.

Martin explained how they needed a website to showcase who CxM Ltd is and what they do, along with highlighting recent projects they have worked on.

The CxM Ltd website is an ongoing work-in-progress, with plans to emphasise their exciting new projects as they occur.

My Virtual Assistant enjoyed working with Debra throughout the build process and is delighted to announce the launch of a new website for CxM Ltd.

When Malvina Zainey needed a new website for Elim Car Boot Sale, she searched online and found My Virtual Assistant listed in the New Zealand Virtual Assistant Directory.

Understandably, Covid caused a huge decline in the general public attending this regular event and Malvina was keen to use a website to promote the Car Boot Sale and to attract people into coming along.

She also needed a centralised location where sellers could find all the information they needed about setting up their stalls.

Malvina hoped for a bright, colourful website to attract the general public which would encourage them to bring along their families and their friends to join in on the fun.

My Virtual Assistant worked to create an appealing, user-friendly website with moving graphics, which Malvina loved!

Thelma French has been receiving monthly newsletters from My Virtual Assistant since February 2012.

Thelma’s daughter, Kirsten, has worked as a personal trainer for 20 years, operating without a website and meaning to get around to it.

When the time finally came, Thelma knew exactly who should build Kirsten’s website.

Kirsten asked for a professional, ‘approachable’ website; one that wasn’t intimidating to potential clients, and of course it needed to be user-friendly and responsive.

My Virtual Assistant loved every minute of working with Kirsten and was lucky enough to share in the joy and excitement when Kirsten first saw her website draft for the very first time.

Such a pleasure and an honour to be involved with helping Kirsten “complete her business dream” now that she has a website to showcase what she does and how she can help people achieve their health and lifestyle goals.

After the new website was launched, Thelma emailed My Virtual Assistant and said, "I knew there was a reason to save your newsletters!"

After looking at a website built by My Virtual Assistant, Sarah Selwood from Plastics Constructions Ltd liked what she saw and decided to get in touch.

Sarah sent an email to My Virtual Assistant, explaining that Plastics Constructions is a small business with a 15-year-old website in need of an overhaul.

Their clients are primarily industrial and they received a lot of repeat and word-of-mouth business.

Plastics Constructions was keen to attract new candidates/workers, who will no doubt view their website when they advertise job vacancies, and they knew it was time for a more professional and appealing website.

My Virtual Assistant set about building a bright, new, user-friendly, website for Plastics Constructions, using NZ-based platform, Rocketspark.
