The Fine Print
Marion Jackson, Director of My Virtual Assistant, works remotely from a home office in East Auckland.
Specialising in website creation and management, and providing online business support on an as-needed or ongoing basis.
Clients are not required to provide office space, computer equipment, mobile phone, tablet/iPad, vehicle, holiday pay, or sick pay.
Rates
* Hourly rate is NZ$72.00 + GST, with a minimum charge of NZ$18.00 + GST.

Note: Amendments and/or ongoing management of an existing website is charged at an hourly rate of NZ$72.00 + GST, with a minimum charge of NZ$18.00 + GST.
Note: Time is billed in 15-minute increments, with a minimum charge of NZ$18.00 plus GST.
* Hourly rate does not include disbursements - e.g. 15% GST, vehicle mileage, travel time, carparking, hardware, printing, photocopying, scanning, stationery, postage and packaging, courier fees, international phone calls or phone calls outside the Auckland area.
Administration charges and handling fees may apply.
All quotes and charges will be in New Zealand Dollars, unless otherwise stated.
All prices are subject to increase without notice.
Contracts
Clients will be required to sign a Supply of Service Agreement prior to the commencement of any work.
The Supply of Service Agreement also acknowledges that you understand My Virtual Assistant is not an employee of/affiliated with any website company.

Payment Terms
Invoices are issued on the 20th day of each month.
Full payment is due within 7 working days of the invoice date.
Overdue invoices will incur a late payment fee of 2% + GST per month.
A 25% surcharge will apply for urgent work.
A 25% surcharge will apply on weekends and public holidays.

Online banking only.
