Printing
My Virtual Assistant does not handle printing requirements for clients and recommends you seek the services of your own printing company.
My Virtual Assistant is happy to provide a print-ready file, which can be emailed to the client's chosen printing company.
Usually, throughout the design process the client is given every opportunity to review and approve the work. Once a final version is presented to a client and the client has accepted it, then it becomes the client’s responsibility.
It is recommended that you ask your printer for a final proof of your design work prior to printing. A final proof is usually the ‘last chance’ for the client (you) to check everything is correct before giving the go-ahead to the printer.
Website Credit
As a website designer, My Virtual Assistant requires the client to keep the site credit on any website built by My Virtual Assistant. The site credit is held in the Footer of a website and is linked directly to the My Virtual Assistant website.
Right To Claim Work
The right to claim work is the ability for My Virtual Assistant to freely share any project being worked on during or after project completion. Work may be shared on social media, entered into contests, added to My Virtual Assistant website pages and/or monthly newsletter, and anywhere else My Virtual Assistant chooses to promote the business and/or work undertaken by My Virtual Assistant.
Clients must give notice in writing if there is any part of a project that is required to remain confidential.
Contracts
Clients will be required to sign a Supply of Service Agreement prior to the commencement of any work.
The Supply of Service Agreement also acknowledges that you understand My Virtual Assistant is not an employee of/affiliated with any website company.
